How will my exam work?

Exams are all conducted online through Microsoft Teams. You will receive an email with a meeting request at least 2 days before your exam is scheduled.

Depending on your exam, the only people in the meeting with be you and your invigilator. An invigilator is a trained professional who is there to make sure that the exam remains under controlled conditions and to help you navigate the exam software.

The maths exam and the English reading and writing exams are conducted through the XAMS portal, which is accessed through your browser. Throughout the exam, you will be given instructions by your invigilator on how to access different parts of the portal including how to log in and access your exam.
